Using File Manager or Program
Manager, find the file you downloaded (it's where your Web browser saved it)
and launch the file. This will begin the RealAudio Setup process. Then read the
RealAudio Help & FAQ for the RealAudio Player 2.0 or 3.0 release notes.

Click on the link above to begin downloading. Your Web browser should launch a
helper application to convert the downloaded file into an executable application.
Simply double-click on the application to install RealAudio. Then read the

Adobe Acrobat reader: If you do not have a reader that can access Adobe Acrobat files, you may download the software free from Adobe.
Apple has released version 2.5 of QuickTime, the QuickTime Player and the QuickTime Plug-in. You can download it here. Just scroll down the directory list until you find QuickTime 2.5 (have your
client set to load to disk before selecting this link).
Click on the link above to begin downloading. Once you've successfully
completed the download, you will be ready to install the software. To do this, you
must decompress and untar the file:

Troubleshooting
This seems to happen mostly with Apple's player. Read the readme file that
came with the software. It will explain that you can edit the
[Video] setting to Optimize=Driver to enhance
compatibility. The readme file has other suggestions.
